Today there is filthy weather - lashing rain, wind and darkness. The flood barriers are up on our local River Severn at Ironbridge so we have to keep driving around. A perfect morning for finishing the scraps of scraps cushion, I thought. The man blanket was used making mismatched given stash and then this was made using the last little bits of those! No waste here...
The little yarn basket is empty. The bits that always seem to depress me when I open the big basket have gone and all I can see now is lovely wool. I like easy projects like this, no pattern just crochet along until you run out of wool.
Stay warm Jo xxx
Jo, you have been so busy while I have been away. I love the finished blanket, and of corse the cushion is the best! So sorry about your crummy weather, it is a good excuse to stay in and create with those beautiful fabric squares you have cut.
ReplyDeleteTake good care and stay warm,

It is a perfect day to just be crafty while the weather is not so good.....enjoy your day!
