Wondering - How to explain to my bloke that these are facings not sleeves for his next ironing foray!
Wondering - When I will start to care about my house garden again. It has got into such a mess and I am really unmotivated about it which I don't like.
Wondering - How much more allotment fruit we will get this season. 4.5Kg of strawberries this year. Blackcurrants next.
What are you wondering?

Loved the ironing foray, send him this way. I am wondering if I could get the bathroom finished before our daughter and the boys visit next week????
ReplyDeleteI'm wondering who will win the tennis match today, Williams or Konta. Lovely strawberries.
ReplyDeleteHope the wondering yields some good results!
ReplyDeleteIf you put in a few hand stitches to catch the sleeve facings to the side seams and shoulder/neck seams inside the garment - so it won't show at all, it will keep the facing tucked away and in place.
ReplyDeleteThat is exactly what I did in the end but I thought it was worth a chuckle first!
DeleteWondering if I will have enough yarn to finish (Mavis) from the latest The Knitter magazine. Will have to do a back and a sleeve and then decide.
ReplyDeleteOh no! wool roulette - not for everyone but I find it quite exciting!!! Jo x
DeleteOoh, thought-provoking. I think I might craft as a slight distraction from cleaning...although I don't hate cleaning, I just don't jump at the opportunity to do it. :)
ReplyDeleteI enjoy making because it makes me happy. I am not an enthusiastic gardener but plan to pull some weeds next week.
ReplyDeleteI am wondering if I will manage to wash all the kids stuff and pack it again for tomorrow.... just got back from Cornwall. Not exactly world changing but there you go :-)
Looking for a measuring tape to measure the mustard jumper for you. Will email you later. xx
I am wondering what I have forgotten to remember in planning for traveling :) xx
ReplyDeleteI am wondering .. if i will manage to find childcare so that i can go to university.
ReplyDeleteCripes that is a biggie! Good Luck and I really hope you find a solution. Jo x
DeleteThen that got me wondering how many men have to do that scenario - not as many as women I shouldn't wonder. x
DeleteI am wondering how you find the time to do all you do. I know you have explained it all before but it still is baffling to me. I am wondering if I will ever stop feeling so tired and of course I don't even want to go to wondering what crafting is a substitute for. Really what do other people do with their time?
ReplyDeleteCrafting isn't a substitute for anything, it's feeds an essential primal need to make things and create with our hands. It's excellent therapy and is especially good for our mental health. That's what I tell myself anyway! I read something about that a few weeks ago, I'm sure it was in a highly respectable publication and not just a random site on the internet!
