(Should I really have that many clothes that I need to do this...) I love that checked dress. I do wish I had the courage to make one for myself as I love dresses but bought ones always have the waist far too high for me. I looked at the seams and figured out where I might unpick them and take them in. However, a reality check convinced me it makes more sense to give them away and not buy any more mock turtlenecks, because I simply don't like wearing mock necked anything! I bought a black and a white turtle neck shirt two sizes smaller than normal and am very happy with them both. Following your sewing process has helped me figure all that out. Thanks, Jo :) xxGracie Saylorhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09499163425742659172noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5225566259581748208.post-87906010158178838652016-05-30T23:42:37.258+01:002016-05-30T23:42:37.258+01:00That red plaid dress is fab; it really suits youThat red plaid dress is fab; it really suits youpiecefullanehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04247807864617583320noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5225566259581748208.post-37161889612142377892016-05-30T22:40:31.769+01:002016-05-30T22:40:31.769+01:00Love the dress, what pattern is it? Except with my last make, which is a kaftan and very forgiving. I have only made the toile so far but I am quite exited. I must get a mustard cardigan. xChristinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11883091348839145603noreply@blogger.com
